What is your return policy?

Should you receive an item and find that you just don't love it. Please reach out. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is something we can do we absolutely will, but if a return is the best option then we ask that you notify us immediately to begin the return process. The item must be returned within 14 days in same condition. We only accept unused items. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. It is also your responsibility to package it safety. Be sure to have the package insured, if it arrives back to Flannel Feather broken or damaged, we will not issue a refund. You will need to file the insurance claim with the postal service, as the sender, to get your money back. If it arrives back to Flannel Feather in unused/same condition, we will accept the return and refund you the original cost, excluding any return shipping immediately. 

 

What if my item arrives and is broken?

Thankfully, we have never had a customer open a box with broken product. In the event that your item arrives broken we need photos of the package and the contents. At that time, we encourage our customers to pick out an item similar or the same item to replace the broken one so we can get it shipped out as soon as possible! We are understanding if circumstances change and a refund is desired. If you choose the refund, it requires an insurance claim process completion before a refund is issued. This is outside of our control and could take up to 6 weeks possibly longer.
